New: ExpenseCloud Personal Email Address

A great new time-saving, stress-reducing feature has just been added to the ExpenseCloud arsenal of capabilities. Every ExpenseCloud user now receives a personal email address that can be used to transfer receipts and other records when they are forwarded from a mobile phone or from any email address. The receipts are then held in the user’s unassigned ExpenseCloud receipt folder which can be accessed online or from one of our mobile apps. It’s a simple, convenient way to assemble and organize business receipts anytime, anywhere. By the way, you’re still welcome to send your receipts the old way to receipts@expenseCloud.com.

Now users can also share their ExpenseCloud personal address with colleagues, personal assistants, and travel partners— such as airlines, hotels, and rental car companies—in fact anyone with whom they do business. Receipts can then be immediately forwarded from multiple sources simultaneously. It’s automatic, nearly instantaneous, and highly organized too.

Here’s another cool feature we’ve added: say you take a picture of your receipt using ExpenseCloud mobile apps or the camera in your mobile phone. When you forward it to your personal ExpenseCloud email—with the merchant name and dollar amount in the subject line—ExpenseCloud will automatically capture the date the email was sent, the merchant name, and the amount of the receipt in order to place the attachment into the appropriate expense folder

Finally, check out this time-saving benefit of an ExpenseCloud personal email address. Do you have an account with an airline or other kind of travel website—actually, any website that sends you confirmation receipts when you make a purchase? Just add your personal ExpenseCloud email address to those accounts and your receipts will appear in your unassigned folder as soon as they are sent. They’ll also be updated if you make a change in your initial purchase.
