ExpenseCloud has made mileage tracking and calculations a complete breeze using our new Google Maps integration. Just enter the address where you started and ended, and we’ll do the calculation automatically. Once saved, total mileage driven will be calculated against the reimbursement amount set up in the user’s account. We even allow users to select their current location as an address!
Another cool feature is the ability to change the route driven. If Google Maps displays the wrong route taken, you can drag the route line to alternative streets/highways. Once done, a new mileage calculation will appear.
